Auto-login for client messages

Today we have updated Quick File to streamline the internal messaging system that allows you to communicate with your clients within your Quick File account. Previously when you contact a client using the internal messaging system, Quick File would send the client a link that originates from your preferred email address. The link would direct the client to your login screen (e.g. mycompanyname.quickfile.co.uk). We've now modified the email so that the link takes the client directly to the message without the need to enter an email and password. The new email looks something like this.

This is a relatively small update, but it should significantly improve communication with your clients in Quick File by removing a barrier and reducing those conversations about login credentials and problems accessing the system.

Isolating messages to and from a client


From your client detail screen you can now also quickly see all the correspondence to and from that particular client by clicking on the view button and selecting the option "Messages" from the drop-down menu.
