The Basic Company Registration package includes the following items:

Once your company has been officially registered we will issue you with a PDF version of your Certificate of Incorporation. This will display your unique company number.Digital Memorandum and Articles of Association
The Memorandum and Articles of Association are the constitution for your company. We use a bespoke set of Articles giving you the greatest flexibility. Upon successful registration we will issue you a copy of your Articles in Word format.Digital Share Certificates
Share certificates are issued to shareholders and are receipts to show that a specific number and value of shares have been allotted to the named individual. The share certificates are usually signed by a director or embossed with the company seal.Fast Track Business Bank Account (optional)

There is no additional cost for this service, simply register your interest and we will notify the bank with your key company details upon successful incorporation. Take advantage of our free integrated filing services to file any one of the following changes for your new company:- Update registered office address
- Appoint new Directors and Secretaries
- Change Director or Secretary details
- Resign a Director or Secretary
When you form your company with Company Wizard we will also track your key filing dates and notify you when your accounts and returns are due.
