15 Minute Data BackupsAll your data stored within the QuickFile database is backed (offsite) up every 15 minutes, giving you the highest level of protection. We run automated daily restore routines to test the integrity of our backups and provide a robust disaster recovery solution. |
2 Factor AuthenticationQuickFile was the first cloud accounting platform to implement 2-factor authentication (using Google Authenticator). This provides an extra layer of security to your account by requiring an automatically generated token from your phone when logging in. Even if your email was compromised a hacker would not be able to access your data in QuickFile. |
