QuickFile can connect securely to your Microsoft OneDrive account to automatically import receipts and other business documents to your Receipt Hub.
When you link QuickFile to OneDrive, a dedicated folder is created in your OneDrive account:
OneDrive/QuickFile_Receipts/..
Any files placed into this folder are automatically imported into the QuickFile Receipt Hub , where you can:
Important: QuickFile only tracks activity within the designated “QuickFile_Receipts” folder and any sub-folders you setup for account routing.

Once authorised, the integration is complete and your QuickFile_Receipts folder on OneDrive will be ready to use.
QuickFile will automatically import the following file types from OneDrive:
Any unsupported file types will be ignored.
QuickFile allow you to create multiple sub-folders in your main QuickFile_Receipts folder for the purpose of routing documents to specific QuickFile accounts.
You must first connect OneDrive to each of your QuickFile accounts. You can then select an individual target folder for each integration. Make sure to create the folders first in your OneDrive.
If you select a target folder QuickFile will only track and synchronise changes within this folder.
Each QuickFile account has a daily storage transfer limit of 262 MB. QuickFile also has an individual file size limit of 5 MB, any files that exceed this will be ignored.
If the total size of files placed in the OneDrive folder exceeds this limit:
When a file is added to the designated OneDrive folder, OneDrive notifies QuickFile immediately.
